We believe in our suppliers and the quality of their products. Under the circumstance, that you are not happy with the product quality and you want to return the product to us, please follow the instructions stated below:
- Please complete the RMA request form with detailed information (FA report, data logs…). No return will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- We will email back to you an RMA number or provide a reason for RMA denial. Products with issued RMA number must be received within 10 working days from the issued date.
- Only return the product(s) mentioned on the RMA request form.
- All returns must enclose a copy of the RMA request form, a valid RMA number and include a legible print or label on the outside of the box with the RMA number.
- In case of a non-warranty repair request, an evaluation fee, the repair cost and shipping and handling costs will apply.
