The familiy managed company Kern Technologies in central of Minnesota (USA) has many years experience in develpoment and manufacturing of sealed-off CO2 lasers, which are being used to laser process organic materials, such as paper, plastic, wood, textiles, glass, ceramic as well as nonferrous metals. Many industry sectors, for example packaging-, fashion-, electronic- as well as automotive-industry using CO2 lasers to optimize their manufacturing processes.
Besides the high reliability and an excellent beam quality Kern Technologie’s laser sources have a very compact and robust design and an output power of up to 650 Watt.
Integrative
Kern’s KT250, KT400 and KT650 have all the same „footprint“, means the same housing and same position of beam output and mounting holes.
A later power upgrade to increase processing speed is therefore very easy!
High Power
The high power level will allow customers to process a wide range of materials faster as well as thicker materials
The new developed KT650 has an output power of 650 Watt (cw) and is one of the most powerful sealed-off CO2 laser worldwide.
