Application, maintenance, repair & installation support
Our service employees, who are regularly trained by the manufacturer, know the components we offer for laser material processing until the last screw. Either directly on site or from 1.1.2022 in our new office in Hallbergmoos with our laser lab, we support you in case of technical problems, repairs or planned maintenance.
Do you want to know which process parameters are possible for your particular workpiece? No problem – spend an application day with one of our project partners nearby and test the limits of feasibility. It is mandatory for us to offset the expenses incurred in the event of a later purchase.
Employee training
Our training courses at your location or in our laser laboratory in Hallbergmoos are personally tailored to your application and employees. Step by step, we go through the individually designed maintenance plan with you and show you options for self-diagnosis. We are also happy to conduct group training courses.
Spare lasers & spare parts
Issues with the process fiber is certainly the most common reason for a production disruption caused by fiber lasers. Thanks to our fiber splicing devices, which connects the two ends of light-conducting cores, we can help very promptly on site. In addition to spare fibers, we also have other fiber laser key components and laser chillers in stock. Due to the modular design of the fiber lasers and laser chillers, repairs and recommissioning only take a few hours. If the worst happens, we also have spare lasers, spare laser chillers and spare laser process optics in stock, the current inventory may vary. The agreed special stocks at our suppliers Maxphotonics, RayTools and S&A also allow us a very short delivery time, which is usually only determined by the transportation.
