Quantum cascade laser from AdTech Photonics

AdTech Photonics develops and manufactures singlemode DFB-(Distributed Feedback) Quantum cascade laser (QCL) for applications like industrial sensing, medical technolgy, and environmental monitoring. The wavelengths reach from ~4 µm to ~11 µm. The laser are available in package variants C-Mount, TO3, HHL or VHL . The lasers were developped for excellent temperature stability and for wavelength tuning.
