Single Photon Counting 400-1064nm

A TTL-level pulse is generated for each photon detected. The Excelitas single photon counter is equipped with a unique silicon avalanche photodiode achieving a peak photon detection efficiency (PDE) > 70% at 650nm using a large 180μm APD.

The module comes with free space window, FC fiber adaptor, C-mount or tube cage mount bracket/adaptor options. NIR optimized modules are available for 780/800/850/900/1064nm. The TR-series offers fast timing.
