After studying physics at the University of Dortmund, Frank Kubacki completed his doctorate in Bremen in the field of semiconductor lasers. Since 1995, he has worked in the areas of sales, product line management, business development and innovation management in leading laser and optics companies. In 2011, he moved to EQ Photonics GmbH, where he is responsible for the sales and innovation management of various detectors and light sources.
