Fiber-coupled laser diode from Norcada
NL1578-B
Norcada develops and manufactures singlemode DFB (Distributed Feedback) semiconductor laser for applications like industrial sensing, medical technology and environmental monitoring. The DFB lasers with TEC are available in TO-37, TO-39, TO-66 or as 14-pin butterfly package. The parts were developed for excellent temperature stability and for wavelength tuning.
