Near-infrared light-emitting diodes (IRLEDs) are manufactured in wide, medium, or narrow output patterns and are available in rugged hermetically-sealed packages. The metal cases are ideal for optimum heat dissipation and operate from -65°C up to +150°C. Opto Diode’s IRLEDs offer a wide range of linear power output and are available in high-speed grades.
