Under the circumstance, that you are not happy with the product quality and you want to return the product to us, please follow the instructions stated below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Please complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eqphotonics.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/EQ_Photonics_RMA_Request.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RMA request<\/a> form with detailed information (FA report, data logs\u2026). No return will be accepted without a valid RMA number.<\/li>\n<li>We will email back to you an RMA number or provide a reason for RMA denial.
