Laser processing optics for cladding
Laser cladding heads
from RayTools
Laser process optics from RayTools for laser cladding (& hardening) is the latest member in their portfolio. In this process, the surface of the material is heated locally with the laser and at the same time powder material is being added by nozzles. With laser powers up to 20 kW the required heat can be generated for laser cladding (deposition) and laser hardening.
Features
- Enables laser cladding and hardening for up to 20 kW laser power
- Usa of copper parabolic mirrors for high-power processing
- Up to three powder nozzles
- 2-channel cooling circuit
- compact design and low weight
- attractive price-performance-ratio
Applications
Laser cladding and laser hardening
